Сообщ. #1 от 13.10.2011 12:32 Цитата If you′re interested in working in an environment where leadership, excellence, integrity and diversity are among our core principles, then explore this opportunity, please send your CV to afedosova@c-ex.ru:   Key responsibilities: •         Perform on-going control over Broker, Dealer and Custody activities and ensure their compliance with regulatory requirements •         Perform Quarterly audits and spot checks of Broker, Dealer and Custody activities •         Establish robust control environment and ensure compliance of the Bank and its employees with the regulatory requirements on the protection of the rights interests of investors in the securities market •         Ensure the correctness and timely of regulatory reporting and mandatory reporting to exchanges •         Ensure the correctness of disclosed information •         Ensure compliance of advertising materials with regulatory requirements •         Ensure the compliance with regulatory requirements with regulation on Conflict of interest prevention •         Participate in development and review of internal documents, procedures and rules related to activity with securities •         Perform investigation of client complaints and develop measures to prevent client complaints •         Monitor and inform employees of the Bank on regulatory changes on the securities market •         Control over the violations of the regulation and develop measures to prevent similar violations in the future •         Participate in development and review of agreements on the securities market •         Interact with local regulators (FSFM, CBR) and self-regulatory organizations. Participate in working groups arranged by self-regulated organizations, exchanges and others in order to receive up-to-date information on securities market developments, changes in regulation etc. •         Advisory •         High economic or business education •         FSFM certificate 1.0, 4.0 •         More than 2 years experience in Back-Office or Middle-Office or at Securities Controller Position in other local Bank •         Good communication skills •         Have established relationship with controllers across the market •         Good English language skills •         Knowledge of FSFM and CBR requirements related to securities •         Knowledge of SWIFT Knowledge of derivatives (optional) •         Russian language skills
